Workout
My plan for the forseeable future is to start consistently going to the gym. My goal is to go five times a week (for me that means five times within the seven day period between Sunday and Saturday, any of the five days between them will do but the clock resets on Sunday). This will give me two rest days.
This page will be where I track my progression so that I can motivate myself to keep going by seeing the numbers go up.
